How Exercise Transforms Mental Wellness

Ready to take your mental wellness to the next level?

It might not involve what you think!

Did you know exercise isn't just good for your body, it's also a powerful tool for your mind?

Check out this video, where Dr Shawn Talbott (the creator and sciense expert behind our amazing mental wellness products) shows you how physical activity triggers the release of natural chemicals in your brain to boost your emotional well-being significantly.

In this video, you'll learn:

  • The science behind how exercise impacts your mood: Learn about the mind-altering chemicals your brain produces during exercise, like BDNF and Myokines, and how they influence your happiness 😆and emotional resilience.
  • The truth about cortisol: (It’s not all bad!) And how it relates to exercise

For those of you who have read about how cortisol is responsible for storing belly fat this is something great for you to understand as cortisol levels are cyclical (should be highest at the start of the day and lowest during the night)

If you're ready to unlock the hidden power of exercise for your mind then click the link below to watch the video and start feeling the positive effects today 😆😆😆

So now you know that it's just simple little things that can make a big difference to your mental wellness and of course that all impacts your physical wellness

I remember back in March 2020 at the beginning of the worldwide pandemic and the very first lockdown in the UK

Everyone was extremely stressed as you may well remember

Gyms were closed and no one could do the things they used to be able to do

But the ONE good thing that came out of that was we were allowed to leave our homes for a walk every day

That began for us our love of a daily walk and achieved usually at least 5,000 steps sometimes 10,000 steps

There is no doubt that a daily walk really helps lift your mood and when can add in some strengthening exercise and a little cardio your mental and physical health will thank you for it

Just today I shared on my Facebook about the importance of exercise for mental wellness

And my favourite quote

"A healthy lifestyle not ony changes your body, it changes your mind, attitude and your mood"

Want to know the one thing that kept us mentally well during the pandemic and today?

It's called Happy Juice 🍹

We take it every day

It's 3 products mixed together in 60ml of water and it's delicious

In the UK and Europe we have one flavour - watermelon : see here

In the USA we have several flavours - watermelon, grape and mango : see here
